Find everything that was scanned with our Cruse Scanner?

Q: I am trying to make a smart folder for everything that was scanned with our Cruse Scanner.
Doing a "Get Info" an the file it shows it as Device make: Cruse Scanner, looking at the "file info" of the same file in Photoshop shows it as Camera Data- Make: Cruse Scanner
