v9 doesn't display png's preview

I just upgraded to v9 and for the first time built a catalogue including PNG files.
Although the help file says it supports PNG previews, mine doesn't show it though. Jpeg file's preview in the catalogue is fine.

Anyone knows what might have caused this issue?

What cataloging settings are you using for that Caatlog?

What settings for the "exclude" lists?

Where exactly are these PNG files stored, does NeoFinder have full read access to that location?

Did you enable to logging in the NeoFinder Console? Are there any messages related to these files?

Can you open these files in Apples Preview.app?
