Importing Camera Images using an Applescript

Hi all,

I enjoy taking photographs using a digital camera and over the years I have used a number of different applications to manage my collection of images. I soon realised that it is very useful to rename the original camera files with a prefix based on the capture time of the photograph and to save the images in a date based folder structure. Applications such as Lightroom or Photo Mechanic provide tools to conduct both the renaming and the copying of the files into the desired folder structure. The problem I have with these applications is one of cost. So I sought an alternative using Applescript, ExifTool and NeoFinder.
