Hi I'm running Mac OS 15.3.2 and Neofinder 8.8 as well as Affinity Photo 2.6.0
This year Neofinder is not displaying Affinity Photo thumbnails correctly? Yet in 2024 when there was a fix sent out they were working.
I have attached 3 screen grabs

When did you last Update that Catalog?

Does the QuickLook window in the Finder show the thumbnail?

What cataloging settings do you use forthat Catalog and are there any file types you are excluding in the Expert Settings?

I update the 2025 catalogue every week sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. The 20024 one, I updated in January this year.
Yes the Quicklook window shows the thumbnail
I now have the setting for each catalogue identical, I changed the 2025 one today. This change did not fix the issue. So no I am not excluding any file types across catalogues.
See screen grabs below.

Hello,

we cannot reproduce that problem here.

Do you have logging enabled in the NeoFinder Console?

What does it show when you Update a Catalog that contains Affinity Photo files?

Did you upgrade to Affinity Photo 2.6.2 already?

Best regards,

Hi thanks for the prompt responses.
I am now running Affinity Photo 2.6.2
After saving an image using 2.6.2 the problem still presents itself.
I have enabled logging and nothing shows up there either.

Hello,

does this still hapen with NeoFinder 8.9?

Did you activate Logging in the NeoFinder Consoles, and does that show information regarding the .afPhoto files when you Update the Catalog with these files?

https://www.cdfinder.de/guide/14/14.4/s ... nsole.html

Are these files maybe excluded in the DatabaseSettings?
