Use the LIBRARY and click on a Catalog. nf will immediately show you the content of that selected Catalog in the center content view:

From there, you use NeoFinder just like the macOS Finder. Double click a folder to show its content. Or use the List View and click the folders open for a hierarchical view of your cataloged data:

By default, NeoFinder is also able to show you the folders in Catalogs in the LIBRARY section, so you can use that for quick navigation as well.

You can also use the View context menu to get all items of a kind in multiple selected folders at once.
