incomplete creation of previews

Hi,I have noticed that image previews are not always created for all captured media.
There is no pattern: some JPGs have previews, some don't (PSDs as well, AIs, etc.).
File size doesn't seem to matter either.
Strikingly, this only seems to happen with cataloged files that are shared from a server file share
(shares via SMB ≥ 3, Synology DSM 7.2-64570, Mac 12.6.5 ).
NF 8.4.1 (2) are on 2 Apple Silicon Macs with Mac OS 12.6.5, NF Database Folder are locally stored.
The affected catalog files contain between 90,000 and 390,000 files ...
Any hints are welcome!

Ok, "14. Troubleshooting - Basic NeoFinder troubleshooting …" de.wfs-apps.neofinder.quicklaunch.cache file seems to be related to older system versions. On Monterey there is no such file/directory in the users cashes folder.

Logging is now turned on…
